We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our digital platforms, and generating leads/sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Manage company social media profiles and presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Track, measure, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
