Job Description

Senior Manager/Executive – Production oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and cost optimization. This role involves managing production teams, coordinating with quality and maintenance departments, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. The candidate ensures timely delivery, maintains safety standards, and aligns production goals with organizational objectives to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily production schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise production teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
