Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Executive Client Servicing. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client communications, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding clients' needs, addressing their concerns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' expectations. Additionally, the Senior Executive Client Servicing will oversee finance-related tasks to support the client servicing functions.

Qualifications

  • Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage client interactions effectively
  • Finance skills to handle budget and financial aspects of client servicing
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
