Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to manage student enquiries, provide career counselling, and drive admissions from lead generation to enrollment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling ability, and experience in the education/admissions domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Enquiry & Call Management
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Student Counselling
  • Counsel students on selecting suitable courses, programs, and career paths.
  • Assist students with form filling, application guidance, and document verification.
  • Provide end-to-end admission support until enrollment.
  • Admissions & Enrolment Process
  • Manage the complete admission lifecycle from lead generation to final enrollment.
  • Ensure all required documents and formalities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support students during orientation and joining formalities.
  • Lead Management & Reporting
  • Update CRM/lead database with follow-up status and next steps.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
  • Attend and respond to walk-in enquiries with accurate program information.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming counselling environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education background preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Admission Counselor/Academic Counselor.
  • Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and student interactions.
  • Experience with CRM or lead management systems is an advantage.
