Job Purpose

This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime.

- The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business volume.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers
- Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics
- Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns
- Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Good experience of MS Excel
- Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
