The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to own and elevate our digital marketing footprint. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, driving qualified lead generation, and accelerating our market presence through cutting-edge digital strategies. You will bridge creativity with analytics to fuel our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership: Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns from concept to analysis, ensuring they align with business objectives for lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Content & SEO: Drive content strategy to establish thought leadership. Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search visibility and domain authority for competitive keywords in the B2B/sourcing space.
• Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a sharp focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion rate optimization.
• Marketing Technology Stack: Leverage and integrate our full suite of marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and social tools) to create seamless, data-driven workflows and personalized user journeys.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and overall marketing KPIs. Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and a unified brand experience.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in Core Digital Channels: Demonstrable hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and email marketing automation.
• Proficiency with Key Tools: Deep, practical knowledge of platforms such as Google Workspace (Analytics, Ads, Search Console), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with the ability to derive meaning from metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred & Highly Desirable:
• MBA in Marketing or Digital Business.
• Professional Certifications such as Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Certification, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
• Experience in the B2B, SaaS, or procurement/supply chain technology sector.
• Experience with marketing budget management and forecasting.
