About the Role:

We're seeking a creatively driven
UI/UX Designer
with a strong sense of visual storytelling, user-centric design, and a passion for crafting intuitive digital experiences. If you have a sharp design eye, a solid understanding of user behavior, and hands-on expertise in both interface and experience design—this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface (UI) Design

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, typography, and design language across all digital touchpoints.

User Experience (UX) Design

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Visual & Creative Design

  • Design dynamic creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • Maintain a strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail in all design outputs.

AI-Enhanced Creativity

  • Explore and utilize AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to enhance design workflows.
  • Create visual references, idea mockups, and accelerate prototyping using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and visual communication.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A portfolio that reflects strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and diverse work across platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools or a willingness to learn and explore.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
