About the Role :

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual delight in the digital interfaces we design, and develop creative concepts in the domain of product and communication design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms.

- Translate client briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and objectives.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and incorporating the requirements and the feedback into the design process.

- Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet both user needs and project requirements.

- Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design principles is a plus.

- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in visual design and digital media.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ideal Candidate :

years of experience, preferably in a digital agency or design studio.

- Possess outstanding attention to detail and can convey the core message of the task in hand.

- Consistently demonstrate professionalism and possess knowledge of different technical visual formats.

- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.

- Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design direction.

- Strong collaboration skills to ensure consistency across design touchpoints.

- Solid portfolio showcasing a range across brand and digital work.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 years in UX design and front-end application development, with at least 2 years in leadership roles for complex, data-rich web products.

- Strong hands-on experience in React/TypeScript (or Angular/Vue), with well-documented production UX/UI deployments.

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (plus advanced plugins for AI augmentation), Adobe XD, Sketch, and collaborative prototyping.

- Deep knowledge of design systems, component architecture, atomic design, and cross-platform best practices. Solid understanding of computer vision UI/UX patterns (video annotation, prediction review, explainable AI overlays, interactive dashboards).

- Proven experience in leveraging AI tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Writer, Dall-E, Jasper, Midjourney, ChatGPT) for faster design iteration and creative workflows.

- Background in accessibility (WCAG, ARIA roles), inclusive design, and usability testing methodologies.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product UX, preferably with Vision AI, analytics, or ML-driven applications.
