About Us:

Salwan Surgicare is a 28+ year-old manufacturer of premium surgical instruments, trusted by 200+ hospitals across India and abroad. We are expanding rapidly and looking for driven individuals to represent our brand and grow our presence in the Hyderabad region.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and distributors daily to introduce our range of surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase heads, and hospital management.
  • Conduct live product demos and explain product features clearly.
  • Generate new leads and follow up on potential clients regularly.
  • Report daily activity and sales performance to the regional manager.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and pricing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical or hospital sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Must have own vehicle for hospital visits.
  • Ready to travel within Hyderabad city limits daily.

Compensation:

This is a high commission-based role with strong earning potential.

  • Travel expenses provided for each traveling day.
  • High incentives for each order closed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹10,402.12 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
