Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented
IT & Non-IT Recruiter
with
06 Months to 1
Year of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires expertise in handling diverse hiring mandates—ranging from IT skills (Software Development, Cloud, Data, etc.) to Non-IT roles in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, logistics, and support functions (sales, HR, accounts, procurement, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a drive to deliver quality hires within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for IT and Non-IT positions across industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements and design recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates through
    job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
    .
  • Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates for suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain
    candidate databases, trackers, and dashboards
    for reporting.
  • Build and maintain
    strong client and candidate relationships
    .
  • Ensure
    timely closures
    of open positions with a focus on quality and cultural fit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA (HR) / BBA / BE / BTech (any discipline).
  • Hands-on experience with
    job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
    .
  • Excellent
    sourcing, screening, and negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on
    multiple mandates under tight deadlines
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, reporting, and recruitment dashboards
    .
