We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Event Executive to join our team at Le Mridien, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Create and manage event budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
