Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end production planning — from design feasibility to final execution.
  • Review and interpret event layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings to align with production capabilities.
  • Develop production schedules, checklists, and timelines for smooth coordination across departments.
  • Ensure all design, fabrication, technical, and logistic elements meet client and creative expectations.

2. Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Prepare detailed production budgets and BOQs in collaboration with the client servicing and design teams.
  • Source, negotiate, and finalise vendors while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
  • Track all production expenses and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

3. Vendor & Team Coordination

  • Manage and supervise vendors, including fabrication, printing, AV, lighting, logistics, manpower, etc.
  • Conduct timely production meetings and site recce to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — creative, client servicing, operations, and 3D design — for seamless execution.

4. On-Ground Management

  • Lead the on-site production setup, installation, and dismantling activities.
  • Ensure adherence to event safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Manage crew, supervise technical setups, and troubleshoot last-minute challenges on-site.

5. Post-Event Responsibilities

  • Oversee dismantling and material return processes.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, debriefs, and vendor performance reviews.
  • Submit final production reports, cost summaries, and feedback for process improvement.
