Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Manager for our on-site team in Mumbai. The Product Manager will oversee the development, delivery, and enhancement of our health and wellness solutions. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing customer needs, managing product lifecycle stages, and ensuring timely deliverables. The role also involves identifying market trends, developing strategic product plans, and driving innovation while ensuring the alignment of business objectives and user experiences.
Qualifications
- Product Management and Strategic Planning skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Teams and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to lead projects and deliver results on schedule
- Knowledge of healthcare solutions or health tech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of emerging market trends and customer-centric product design
