Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Incharge located in Silvassa. The primary responsibilities include overseeing stock and inventory control, managing daily warehouse operations, and ensuring proper storage, movement, and dispatch of goods. The Warehouse Incharge will also coordinate with various teams to improve operational efficiency, ensure safety standards are met, and handle warehouse equipment maintenance. Additionally, they will monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control
• Expertise in Inventory Management and Operations Management
• Experience with Forklift Operation is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience in a similar operations or logistics role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
