Ability to cross-sell services between Printsmith (print/packaging) and i9 Media (retail branding/BTL). Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in print, packaging, and commercial collateral.
  • Utilize existing client/vendor networks to generate leads and close deals.
  • Pitch and sell packaging solutions (mono cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, rigid boxes, premium packaging) and commercial print solutions (brochures, catalogues, calendars, magazines, coffee-table books, corporate stationery).
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with corporates, FMCG, pharma, publishing houses, and retail brands.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prior experience with leading commercial printing presses or packaging companies.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the printing & packaging industry (mandatory).
  • Strong client database across FMCG, pharma, retail, publishing, and corporate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success ratio in client conversions and proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of printing & packaging processes, materials, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
