Software Engineer – Agentic AI Applications

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with 2–3 years of professional experience and hands-on exposure to
Agentic AI
systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in building intelligent, autonomous, goal-driven systems that can plan, reason, and act on complex tasks with minimal human supervision. As part of our AI engineering team, you will design and implement
AI agents
, integrate them with enterprise workflows or consumer-facing products, and contribute to the advancement of our next-generation AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy
Agentic AI systems
capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step task execution.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Implement reasoning and planning mechanisms (e.g. chain-of-thought orchestration, multi-agent collaboration).
• Optimize the performance and reliability of AI workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and UX teams to design intuitive AI-powered features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in
LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks
.
Required Qualifications:
•
2–3 years
of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java).
• Practical experience building or integrating Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with LLM integration (OpenAI API, Claude API, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Understanding of multi-agent architectures, task decomposition, and tool-use by AI agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern software deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or planning algorithms.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
• Exposure to real-time system monitoring and AI performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ethical AI and AI safety considerations.
Education
:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
