Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as an Associate. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and pleadings, and assisting in court appearances. The role also includes liaising with clients, managing case files, and providing support to senior counsel as required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Legal research, case preparation, and drafting skills
  • Understanding of court procedures, legal documentation, and case management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and legal research tools
  • Relevant work experience or internships in the legal field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) and enrollment with the Bar Council
