Role Description

As a Clinical Research/Biostatistics Executive, you will oversee clinical research projects and perform statistical analyses to ensure the accuracy and validity of data. Primary responsibilities include designing and developing study protocols, analyzing clinical trial data, and interpreting results to support decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide biostatistical expertise to optimize project outcomes. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, requiring individuals to be highly analytical and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Biostatistics, Statistical Analysis, and Clinical Trial Data Interpretation
  • Experience with Data Management methodologies and using statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python
  • Knowledge of Clinical Research, Research Methodologies, and Regulatory Guidelines
  • Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Prior experience in clinical trial processes and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) is preferred
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
