  • Monitoring Production Processes:Overseeing production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Analyzing Data:Collecting and analyzing data related to quality control, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and production performance, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Teams:Working with various teams, including production, engineering, and management, to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting on Quality Performance:Preparing and presenting quality reports, metrics, and performance data to management and other stakeholders.
  • Training Employees:Providing training to employees on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements related to quality.
  • Investigating and Resolving Issues:Investigating customer complaints, product defects, and other quality-related issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve them.
  • Managing Quality Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, deviations, and other quality-related activities.
  • Coordinating with Suppliers:Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement:Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of quality-related strategies.
