Jobseeks4u Academy is a fast-growing training division of Jobseeks4u Consultancy Services, specializing in HR Recruitment Training, Career Guidance, and Professional Skill Development.

Were looking for an enthusiastic Education Counsellor cum Telecaller who can engage with students, explain our training programs, and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel students or working professionals enquiring about our training programs.
  • Explain course details, duration, and career benefits clearly and convincingly.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (database will be provided).
  • Maintain proper follow-up with students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions by building trust and rapport.
  • Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
  • Support the marketing and admissions team to achieve monthly enrolment targets.
  • Participate in virtual and in-office counselling sessions as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
  • Qualification: Any degree (Preferred – HR / Marketing / Psychology / Commerce)

  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills

  • Confident in handling student/parent calls

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

  • Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

  • Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
  • Language Preference: English & Tamil
