We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with 2–4 years of experience in marketing/brand building or strategy, who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is hungry to take ownership. You'll work directly with the founder and lead key initiatives across digital and brand marketing, PR/events, product launches and pretty much everything. You'll be empowered to think like a founder and execute like a growth hacker.

If you're someone who's been in a marketing agency or a marketing team and thought, "I want to build something of my own someday", this is your stepping stone. What You'll DoOwn and execute brand and performance marketing strategies end to end

Lead cross-functional projects including new product launches, partnerships, and campaigns

Manage agency relationships and ensure output meets brand standards

Spearhead content, PR, events, and influencer marketing

Track budgets, analyze performance, and report results

Drive both short-term results and long-term brand equity

What You Bring2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team

Genuine interest in brand building, storytelling, and digital marketing

Aesthetic sense and an eye for design and content

Analytical mindset – comfort with data and dashboards

Leadership potential with good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in food, alcobev, luxury or D2C brands is a big plus

Willingness to relocate to Kochi and be fully on-site
