  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Oversee engineering and maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
  • Plan and manage workforce shifts for optimal productivity.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and hygiene standards.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
  • Coordinate with the Managing Director, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor production operators and technical staff.
  • Ensure cost control, minimize wastage, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with factory regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
