1 Commi 1 – Continental Cuisine

  • Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000

2 DCDP – Continental Cuisine

  • Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹28,000
  • Benefits: Food + Accommodation + Good Service Charge

3 Commi 2 – Bakery

  • Salary: Up to ₹20,000
  • Benefits: Food + Accommodation + Service Charge

Requirements

  • Should have strong hands-on experience in their cuisine
  • Should have experience in fine dining or premium restaurants
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and cleanliness standards
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Immediate joiners are preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing dishes as per restaurant standards
  • Maintaining high food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Supporting the kitchen team during peak hours
  • Following recipes and SOPs accurately
