Our climate resilience work focuses on assessing climate risks and developing implementable adaptation solutions for clients in the public, private and third sector. We have delivered climate risk assessments and adaptation plans in a range of sectors from local governments to multi-national corporations. We have also produced reports for the transport sector to support their submissions for the UK Adaptation Reporting Power Third Round and we undertake a wide array of climate resilience assessments for EIAs for energy, transport, utilities, defence and property developments. Internationally, we are supporting international organisations to develop National Adaptation Plans in Central and East Asia and have developed climate risk and adaptation strategies for central government organisations in the Caribbean.

We are looking for an experienced professional with practiced expertise in any of the following areas:

  • Climate change risk and vulnerability assessments
  • Adaptation Planning and Adaptive Pathways
  • Climate modelling, projections and scenario analysis
  • Advising on climate adaptation measures
  • TCFD assessment and reporting
  • Climate and disaster risk management
  • Implementing adaptation
  • Climate justice
  • Cost-benefit and multi-criteria analysis for climate adaptation
  • Climate finance
  • Resilience metrics and indicators
  • Co-creation and stakeholder engagement

Additionally, the candidate will be required to manage junior team members and mentor them as this is a people management role.
