Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, furniture details, electrical, plumbing layouts, etc.).
  • Create BOQ sheets and material take-offs based on design drawings.
  • Coordinate with designers, site teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Update drawings as per site measurements and design revisions.
  • Maintain a structured file and drawing system for all ongoing projects.
  • Support visualization team with technical inputs for 3D modeling.

We are looking for a Draftsman who can convert conceptual designs into precise and detailed working drawings, assisting our design and site teams in seamless project execution.

You'll be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, furniture details, and construction documents, ensuring all outputs reflect the design intent and studio's aesthetic language.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, or Revit is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and construction techniques.
  • 0-2 years of experience in interior or architectural drafting.
  • Keen eye for detailing and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
