Role Overview - As Business Development Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding brand presence in the Indian railway sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, building client partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value. You will work closely with senior railway stakeholders such as RDSO, Railway Board, IRCON, L&T, Tata Projects, and other key contractors and consultants to enhance track maintenance standards and ensure brand visibility and trust.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA (preferred)
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development of high-quality capital equipment
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Indian Railways market, collaborating with RDSO, Railway Boards, and key stakeholders
