Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation through targeted email campaigns and collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience with email marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation
  • Research and build high-quality prospect lists for digital marketing and web development services
  • Write compelling and engaging email content tailored to specific audiences
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; make data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support conversions
  • Maintain and update CRM and mailing lists using automation tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
