Football Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct football training sessions for students across different age groups.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate drills, fitness routines, and match strategies.

• Mentor and guide students on teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership.

• Organize inter-school matches, tournaments, and practice games.

• Ensure safety standards and injury prevention during training and matches.

• Collaborate with school management and PE staff for sports events and overall student development.

• Take up any other responsibilities assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Football Coach, preferably in a school or academy setting.

• Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and training methods.

• Ability to motivate and inspire students of different age groups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Football Coaching or Physical Education (preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience playing at district/state/national level will be an added advantage.
