Football Coach

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and conduct football training sessions for students across different age groups.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate drills, fitness routines, and match strategies.
- Mentor and guide students on teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership.
- Organize inter-school matches, tournaments, and practice games.
- Ensure safety standards and injury prevention during training and matches.
- Collaborate with school management and PE staff for sports events and overall student development.
- Take up any other responsibilities assigned by the school.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Football Coach, preferably in a school or academy setting.
- Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and training methods.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of different age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in Football Coaching or Physical Education (preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience playing at district/state/national level will be an added advantage.
