Role Overview:

We're seeking an
Ads Manager
to lead our campaigns across
Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
. The ideal candidate has prior experience in
performance marketing for EdTech
and can drive ROI while scaling budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for impactful campaigns.
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior EdTech campaign experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ad analytics and tracking tools.
  • Ability to balance creative strategy with data-driven decisions.
