We are seeking a dedicated Workday HCM Finance professional for a full-time, mid-level position based in Chennai or Hyderabad. The role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field. The position focuses on leveraging Workday applications to streamline HR and financial operations, contributing to comprehensive digital transformation strategies within the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM (Mandatory skill) to manage human resources processes effectively.
  • Adept experience with Workday Finance (Mandatory skill) for seamless financial transaction management and analysis.
  • Expertise in Workday Studio (Mandatory skill) for developing complex integrations and customizing applications.
  • Knowledge in the Advanced Compensation Module for effective salary planning and administration.
  • Understanding of Payroll Management to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
