Required Candidate profile:

(Experience in Fintech/Finance domain/industry is added advantage)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing our software products to ensure they meet high-quality standards and are free of bugs and errors. This role involves executing test cases, identifying and reporting issues, and working closely with the development team to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software issues.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Provide detailed and well-structured test reports.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Have experienced with cross functional projects at the same time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Fintech/Finance domain/industry will preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Knowledge of automation testing is a plus, although primarily its a manual testing role.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
