Role: Microsoft Consultant – Voice

  • Microsoft Teams Administration/Configuration experience
  • Significant hands-on experience with the SIP protocol and analyzing call flows
  • Significant experience with Microsoft M365 and/or other cloud Collaboration tool suites
  • Significant experience with voice technology and telephony solutions
  • Cloud Telephony experience: Microsoft Teams, Oracle, Cisco, Contact Center, Avaya technologies
  • Experience designing and integrating Teams with Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon), Oracle, Cisco, Avaya and Cloud Voice platforms
  • Oracle SBC network design, configuration, support, and maintenance experience
  • Log analysis and error resolution
  • Ability to read and interpret related system logs, statistics, and database queries
  • Proven skillset in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and research problems of a complex nature, make reasonable decisions, and recommend solutions
  • Experience with M365 security and compliance
  • M365 Groups Administration/Configuration
  • Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, LDAP etc.)
