Role Description:

  • There is hiring for a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Borivali, Mumbai.
  • The individual will be responsible for handling End to End Recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and getting feedback from the client for the vacancies.
  • Collaborating with Search Partners to source suitable resumes for open positions .
  • Independent sourcing candidates through various portals (Naukri /LinkedIn / Head hunting, Indeed).
  • The Individual will also assist in the development of human resource policies and procedures, employee communication and grievance handling, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an HR Recruiter or in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, social media recruitment, job portals
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
