Position Summary

Level: Senior Solution Advisor

As an experienced Senior Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do:

• Lead current state assessments and drive gap analysis against industry standards and regulations.
• Own the development of recommendations, roadmaps, and operating models for client data protection strategies.
• Lead tool selection and procurement activities (Proof of Concept), including vendor presentations and detailed comparative analysis.
• Build HLD (High level design) and LLD (Low level design) diagram and lead large-scale data protection solution deployments, migrations, and integrations, ensuring solutions align with strategic business and security objectives.
• Manage full project lifecycles, coordinating with distributed teams, vendors, and clients to deliver on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout implementation, anticipating challenges and resolving them before they impact project outcomes.
• Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols—including performance, security, and user acceptance testing—to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
• Lead post-implementation reviews, stabilization, and optimization efforts to ensure long-term reliability and client satisfaction.
• Author documentation and provide knowledge transfer to empower clients and teams to maintain and extend deployed solutions.
• Mentor project teams, facilitate advanced training, and contribute to organizational expertise in data protection solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on data protection architecture, integration strategies, and industry trends.

D&DT solutions prioritize transparency, privacy, and the ethical use of data, assisting organizations in driving sustainable digital transformation. Our solutions assist organizations in meeting the shifting expectations of consumers and create unprecedented business opportunities. We help our clients to define their overall Data protection and Privacy strategy, design global, pan-enterprise programs that focus on mitigating threats, evaluate their objectives, priorities, strengths and weaknesses and roll out large scale organizational changes to achieve goals. Our services capture work across advice, implement, and operate solutions. The Data and Digital Trust team delivers services to clients through following key areas:

• Privacy Governance & Compliance
• Data Protection & Compliance
• Digital Trust & Online Protection
• Risk & Controls Enablement
• Technology & Implementation

Our Data and Digital Trust solutions are designed to allow organizations to address requirements stemming from the ever-changing regulatory landscape, consumer expectations, and technological transformations and advancements.

Qualifications:

Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• 7 – 9 years of experience in data protection strategy, architecture, and implementation.
• Expertise in current state assessments, gap analysis, and solution design (HLD / LLD).
• Proven leadership in large-scale deployments, migrations, and integrations.
• Advanced skills in risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client engagement and thought leadership experience.

Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• Experience with AI / ML-driven automation and advanced analytics.
• Participation in client training and awareness programs.
• Certification: CISA / CCSP / CISM, Security certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP), Vendor level certificate (Varonis / Netskope / BigID / Imperva / / Zscaler / Symantec / Forcepoint etc.) or equivalent.

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

• Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai
