Role Description

This is a full-time, Red Teamer role based in Bengaluru. The Red Teamer will be responsible for performing simulated cyberattacks to uncover system vulnerabilities and assess organizational security measures. Key responsibilities include conducting penetration tests, red team exercises, reporting findings, creating actionable recommendations, and collaborating with security teams to enhance security strategies. The role requires the ability to replicate real-world attack techniques and deliver detailed analysis to strengthen the organization's defensive capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Penetration Testing and Red Team Operations.
  • Experience with network security, threat modeling, and security architecture assessments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and industry-standard red teaming techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and document security issues with excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., OSCP, CREST, GIAC).
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
