Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Media Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sales and marketing, a solid understanding of offset printing processes preferable from a press background who knows about offset printing & about printing materials, and experience in vendor management. This role requires an individual who thrives in an autonomous work environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth areas and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Offset Printing Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes to guide clients on design and print solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and resolve any issues with vendors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ownership and Independence:
  • Manage projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Work independently to achieve goals while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing & has a printing background, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of offset printing techniques and their application in media and marketing.
  • Experience in vendor management, including negotiation and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools (CRM software, marketing platforms, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
