Position Overview

Seeking skilled camera professionals to shoot and deliver high-quality final products for various events. Opportunities available for full-time, part-time, internships, and contract assignments based on project/client requirements.jobsoid+1​

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and event organizers to understand requirements, objectives, and schedules before assignments.​
• Prepare camera equipment and gear, including DSLRs, video cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, and sound accessories.velvetjobs+1​
• Document events through creative and technically excellent photography and videography, capturing key moments, candid interactions, and planned shots.jobsoid+1​
• Manage on-site setup, monitor changing lighting and audio conditions, and troubleshoot minor technical issues with equipment.
• Communicate professionally with guests for group photos and natural shots; maintain positive client engagement throughout the project.
• Safeguard, maintain, and organize all camera and accessory inventory.
• Execute post-production including basic editing, color correction, and final packaging of deliverables; coordinate with editing teams as needed.careerexplorer+1​
• Deliver edited images/video as per agreed timelines and client specifications.​
• Uphold safety, quality, and creative standards during all shoots.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in event photography/videography (professional or internship experience preferred; freshers with portfolio may apply).velvetjobs+1​
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and photography/videography techniques in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to work with teams and clients efficiently.
• Physically fit to work long or irregular hours; willingness to travel as per shoot locations.velvetjobs+1​
• Certificate or diploma in photography/videography or related disciplines is desirable but not mandatory.
