Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, understanding customer needs, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the paper, printing, or industrial manufacturing industries is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Skills and Market Trend Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications
