About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the visa application process for various countries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle end-to-end counselling responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities1. Counselling & Client Handling

  • Provide accurate information about study, tourist, dependent, and work visa requirements.
  • Counsel students/clients regarding country options, course/program selection, and documentation process.
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling sessions.

2. Application & Documentation

  • Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa documents.
  • Complete all application forms accurately and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of embassy rules, visa procedures, and documentation guidelines.

3. Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Follow up with clients regularly for pending documents.
  • Coordinate with admission teams, universities, and external agencies when required.
  • Track the progress of applications and update clients accordingly.

4. Customer Service

  • Address client queries in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.

5. Reporting & Record Management

  • Maintain records of daily counselling sessions and application progress.
  • Prepare reports for management on conversions, leads, and application status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in visa processing or counselling is an advantage.
