Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will take an active leadership role in guiding the strategic direction of the company, building partnerships, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing operational aspects of the business. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a high level of commitment, innovation, and passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Polymer technology, Plastic and Polymer Engineering , CIPET Plastic technology,
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively promote the company's mission and engage stakeholders
  • 6-7+ years in
    commercial leadership roles
    (sales, marketing, BD, P&L ownership).
  • Background in
    packaging, FMCG, consumer products, or sustainability-driven businesses
    .
  • Strong track record of
    launching new products, building markets, or leading growth initiatives
    .
  • Deep
    relationships and networks
    with FMCG procurement heads, packaging buyers, or retail/e-commerce leadership.
  • A willingness to
    transition from corporate safety to entrepreneurial risk
    , with strong alignment to sustainability and impact.
  • Comfort with both
    strategy and execution
    — from boardroom negotiations to closing the first few accounts yourself.
