Job Description:

• Provide personalized overseas career counselling
  to prospective students based on their academic background, career goals, and preferences.
• Conduct assessments
  to identify students' strengths, interests, and areas for improvement; use this information for
  profile building
  and enhancing university admission chances.
• Guide students in course, country, and university selection
  , including details on eligibility requirements, application procedures, visa processes, scholarships, and financial planning.
• Maintain regular follow-ups
  with both new and existing leads, ensuring timely communication and support throughout the service period and beyond.
• Respond to client queries
  effectively via email, phone, and one-on-one counselling sessions, resolving any issues they may encounter during the admission or visa process.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
  , tracking the number of calls made, client status, and recording feedback for every interaction.
• Evaluate the quality of leads
  received from various sources and provide suggestions for improving lead generation efforts.
• Support in organizing webinars, university sessions, and admission drives
  as part of outreach and engagement strategies.
• Assist in any additional tasks
  assigned by the Senior Management Team related to international admissions and student success.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Graduates from programs in English, Political Science, Sociology, History, Mass Communication, Journalism, Commerce, Liberal studies, etc.

• Interpersonal skill
  : Friendly, approachable and able to build trust with students & faculty.
• Organizational skill:
  Capable of managing events, campaigns & reporting tasks efficiently.

• Adaptability
  : Flexibility to work in diverse settings and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Language Proficiency:
  Confident written and verbal communication skills (preferably in 3 languages)
• Passion for education
