Product Engineer

Articulate the product strategy and direction with Agile and roadmap creation.

Develop and prioritize a product roadmap.

Work closely with global product teams to align roadmaps and deliver solutions to the market, including tradeoffs to ensure delivery

Clearly understanding their needs to communicate on the teams roadmap.

Regularly execute interviews with customers and distill actionable insights.

Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected in a timely manner and integrated in subsequent versions.

Scope documentation that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI)

Schedules and facilitates business stakeholder ideation meetings to clarify scope documentation

Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience

Utilize in Design Thinking practices to direct customer interviews while working with User Experience Designers.

Maintain fluency with software design patterns.

Negotiate features for delivery and execute customer demonstrations.

Manages changes to features and coordinates communication and requirements for each product release

Schedules and facilitates development team meetings related to scope refinement

Manages development sprints to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

Confers with development and business personnel to identify and resolve problems in scope and testing

Prepares end-of sprint and sprint-over-sprint status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

Utilize database technologies and perform analytics to track user journeys and derive insights.

Documents and publishes new feature information or product changes for release notes.

The candidate must have either played Product Development role for a reputable Product Company , like Google and its partnership . Should be well versed in the Application & cloud products from Google. - Should be able to Lead practice, own Strategy & execution - Build Assets - Own GTM/ Field initiatives - Should be well versed with the emerging trends, IT/business drivers for products and solutions development, crowd sourcing approachesin open source cloud platforms.

• Good execution understanding of Cloud based application development using Google Technologies. - Must be able to handle conversation & relationship at CXO levels - Candidate should possess excellent communication skills - Familiarity with global working model Industry Leadership - Represent Wipro brand in various industry/vendor forums and events - Build connects with Business/IT Leadership and Industry Analysts Innovation & Product Engineering

• Contribute towards Practice development strategy, methodology, and execution as per demand. - Market intelligence, industry outlook, conceptualize and assist in designing new solutions - Ideation of disruptive / future proof solutions to enable growth Alliances
