The Role

: AI Content Specialist

Simple version:

Take AI-generated content from "pretty good" to "professionally excellent" for our clients.

What This Actually Means:

across all accounts

This is NOT:

• A traditional designer role where you create from scratch all day
• A job where you just press buttons on Canva
• A role where you're isolated - you'll work directly with founders and clients
• A 9-5 stable corporate job with zero ambiguity

• 50% AI tool mastery + 50% design fundamentals

What You'll Do Daily

Content Creation (60% of time)

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML) to generate social media content
• Refine AI outputs using Photoshop/Premiere Pro/Figma
• Create posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, etc

Quality Control (20% of time)

• Review AI-generated content against brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency across client portfolios
• Catch and fix errors before client review

System Building (10% of time)

• Document your workflows and prompts
• Create reusable templates and brand kits
• Build our internal prompt library
• Train future team members (we're growing fast)

Client Interaction (10% of time)

• Present content for client approval
• Handle revision requests professionally
• Explain creative decisions clearly
• Manage expectations on AI capabilities

Who Should Apply

Experience & Background:

• 1-3 years

of experience in design/content creation
- Has used AI tools (even for personal/freelance projects)
- Comfortable with
high-volume output
- Based in Mumbai

or willing to relocate
- Portfolio shows
social media content

(not just branding/web design)

Technical Skills (Must Have):

AI Tools:

• Midjourney OR DALL-E (can write effective prompts)
• Basic familiarity with AI video tools (RunwayML, Veo3, Flow)
• ChatGPT/Claude for brainstorming and copy

Design Software:

• Photoshop OR Illustrator (photo manipulation, vector basics)
• Figma (template creation, component systems)
• Canva Pro (yes, we use it for speed)

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Video editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Motion graphics and basic animation
• Understanding of Indian visual aesthetics

Your Portfolio Must Show:

• Consistent work

• Series of content maintaining a style, not just 5 random pieces

• AI + Manual hybrid

• Ideally show your prompts + refinement process

• Social media content

• Posts, carousels, Reels (not just print/web)

• Brand adherence

• Work following specific brand guidelines

Red Flags (We'll Reject):

• Only template-based work (minor Canva edits)
• No consistency across projects
• Can't explain your creative process
• Zero AI tool experience or interest
