  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain corporate records including minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate board/committee meetings: prepare agendas, circulate materials, and document minutes.
  • Liaise with directors, auditors, regulators, and shareholders.
  • Prepare and file annual reports, financial statements, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Track and communicate legal/regulatory changes impacting the company.
  • Advise the board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Manage shareholder communication and engagement.
  • Implement corporate policies and ensure procedural adherence.
  • Handle other corporate secretarial tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750, ₹800,000.00 per year
