Visa Filing Responsibilities

  • Review and assess visa applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and submitted according to immigration guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa categories, immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit visa applications to the relevant embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
  • Track and monitor the status of ongoing applications and follow up with authorities when needed.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application progress and any additional requirements.
  • Maintain secure and organized records of applications and client documentation in compliance with data protection rules.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies during the application process and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Support team members in improving filing systems, workflows, and process efficiency.
  • Assist in training junior staff on visa filing standards and documentation procedures.

Visa Counselling Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth counselling sessions with clients to understand their study, travel, or migration goals.
  • Guide clients in selecting the most suitable visa category based on their profile and objectives.
  • Explain visa requirements, timelines, financial documentation, and country-specific rules clearly and professionally.
  • Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews, including mock sessions and documentation review.
  • Counsel students on course selection, university options, and country choices when required.
  • Provide pre-departure guidance, including travel, accommodation, and cultural awareness.
  • Maintain strong rapport with clients, offering personalized support throughout their journey.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and objections with patience and clarity.
  • Stay updated on global education trends, embassy updates, and international travel policies.
  • Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events to represent the company.
  • Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure conversion of leads into successful applications.

Job Type: Full-time
