Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
- Manage project finances, including cost planning, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering.
- Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation and procurement strategies.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Conduct regular cost reporting and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor variations, prepare change orders, and support claims management.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
- Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legal, contractual, and company standards.
- Support risk management and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
