Job Overview

Jack & Jolie Unisex Makeover Studio is looking for an experienced and skilled Unisex Hair Stylist who is passionate about creating stylish looks and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both male and female clients across various hair services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and grooming services for men and women.
  • Perform hair coloring, highlighting, global color, root touch-up, and other chemical treatments.
  • Execute smoothing, straightening, keratin, hair spa, and other hair care procedures.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
  • Maintain salon hygiene and follow safety & cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure a positive client experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Promote and upsell salon services and hair care products where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a unisex salon environment.
  • Strong hands-on skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
  • Good understanding of current hair trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Polite, well-groomed, punctual, and customer-friendly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide personalized service.
