**Job description**
- A unisex hair stylist is a professional who specializes in providing hair care services to clients of all genders
- They are skilled in cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair to meet their clients' unique preferences and needs
- Unisex hair stylists work in various settings such as salons, spas, and barbershops

**Responsibilities**:

- Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform haircuts and create various hairstyles based on clients' requests and current trends
- Use different tools such as scissors, razors, and clippers to achieve the desired look
- Provide hair treatments such as conditioning, deep conditioning, and moisturizing to improve hair health and texture
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and any specific requirements
- Offer advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles, colors, and hair care products
- Shampooing and Conditioning: Wash and condition clients' hair using appropriate products
- Massage the scalp to relax clients and stimulate blood circulation
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest hair care products, tools, and techniques
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients for maintaining their hair between appointments
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sterilize and sanitize hairdressing tools and equipment regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Time Management: Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring that clients are serviced promptly and their expectations are met
- Upkeep of Salon Standards: Follow salon policies and procedures
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients
- Stay Current with Trends: Continuously develop skills and knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 4 years (preferred)
- Unisex Hair Dresser: 4 years (preferred)
- Hair threading: 4 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
