Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Snapchat (organic + ads).
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Experience using Snapchat trends, lenses, or Spotlight content.
  • Knowledge of boosting posts and running ad campaigns for engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Understanding of AI-powered features released on platforms (such as Meta's Advantage+, AI content tools, trend suggestions, ChatGPT for captions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Ads Manager, and social scheduling tools like Hootsuite/Buffer.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking, preparing weekly/monthly analytics reports.
  • Creative mindset with good copywriting skills and trend research.
  • Ability to incorporate AI tools for content ideas, caption writing, hashtag research or creative concepts.
  • Strong coordination with design team and ability to suggest creative ideas.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to date with latest social media algorithms, platform features, and AI-driven advancements in the industry.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in social media paid platforms and related tools.

Holding some experience in managing Facebook,Instagram & Linked IN.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Good understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent ad copywriting skills for creating compelling and persuasive ad content.

Strong attention to detail and organizational needs.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in paid marketing.
